Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Store Credit Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If the return is approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to the purchase amount, issued in the form of a digital code or credit applied to your customer account. Store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at brikeystore@outlook.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
